i have just got my non b visa for 90 days but they only stamped 2 months at the thai border. do i still have 3 months as the visa says or only 2 months by the stamp. ? i am confused.

The Immigration stamp is what counts. Visas mean nothiung,once you are insiude Thailand.

I have never heard of your situation. I suppose that if you promptly go to your local Immigration office, they might classify this as a "mistake," and correct the error by giving you another 30 days.
