Hi, sorry i put it through an online translator so it made have mixed it up. I think its;

ฉกเฉิน ดาโทรหมด! รบกวนโทรกลับ ดวยทิ

I think i've got it right, i'll be gutted if it doesn't make anything it took me about 20 mins to write that.

Yes, I think garro is right - probably a misrendering of ค่าโทร.
