roc634
I have to overstay for 2 days for some reason and I have stayed in Thailand for 4 months. Does these 2 days matter when I apply for another Non-B visa?
Crossy
It's never wise to overstay, period! That said, I'm not aware of anyone having problems getting a new visa with overstays considerably greater than 2 days. Of course, our hosts could change the rules tomorrow to bar all with overstays in their passports from obtaining new visas. IMHO you should get your new visa 2 days early and avoid the overstay. EDIT What is your current status, are you on a 30 day exemption, tourist visa or what, a short extension may be available from immigration. jstumbo
There is a question on the application for a visa at the consulate in KL. It asks if you have ever overstayed. Not sure what they would do, or if it matters that you said yes.
britmaveric
Not good if you get caught prior to making your way to immigration.
