The 'ka' indicates a female is speaking and เพื่อนดี means 'good friend' and the 'na' is asking for affirmation but often is just used rhetorically not expecting a reply.

That's my take on it guessing the transliteration.

Just a guess, could the "phun" have been dream? That would make it more like sweet dreams.

You could be right, just can't be sure with the current spelling. Maybe one of them will fit into the context that it was used in to the OP.

like Farma, I think the OP means "fun dee na ka" (ฝันดีนะคะ), which means "sweet dreams".

fun (ฝัน) = dream(s)

dee (ดี) = good

na ka (นะคะ) conveys a meaning along the terms of "ok?" or "I believe/hope it's that way"...
