Hiya,

I know this question has been asked previously, but I need clarification on the proof of rabies vaccination?

In October of this year, I will be exporting my three dogs and a cat form Thailand to Canada.

I must have proof of rabies vaccinations from a qualified vet. How do I prove that this is a qualified vet? Can only certian vets sign the papers? Also, if I had the vaccinations done 7 months ago, can I just use those vaccination cards?

How do I prove which card is for which animal?

To sum it all up......

Where do I obtian certified proof of vaccination, and what exactly do I need to prove it?

Thanks in advance. Please let me know if you need clarification.

Hi,

You need a vaccination book that has the name and description of the animal (species, breed, color, sex, age or date of birth) and your name on it, the sticker of the vaccine, a personal stamp and signature of the vet and a stamp of the veterinary clinic. If any of this info is missing or incorrect an export permit will not be permitted, is my experience.
