Still looking for legal way for my 89 yr old father to stay in the Kingdom with me and was wondering if he could produce a letter from a Thai doctor stating that he has osteoporosis [bones trun as brittle as egg shells] and couldn't survive the trip hometo the mother country. In his case, it would be 20+ hrs and 4 transfers.

His condition is for real and he has a multitude of other problems that most 89yr olds have, and has resigned himself to finishing out his years here.

Seems that I read somewhere that you could get a medical visa if you had a condition that cold climates would agrivate and warm tropical climates helped. That was years ago that I heard that.
