Drug Gang Arrested

On Tuesday night police and narcotics suppression officers based in Sri Racha hit the jackpot when they managed to arrest seven Thai males who have been accused of engaging in selling the Class 1 drug yah-bah as well as possessing a number of illegal firearms.

The operation began when one of the gang was apprehended by police and proceeded to give the names of two of his gang members. This pair were then arrested and the trio continued to sing like canaries and gave up the names of a further four members of their gang.

Police raided a house in Sri Racha and hit the jackpot with regard to illegal contraband, weapons, and a large amount of money that didn’t come from planting rice in paddy fields in Issan.

On Wednesday morning the seven arrested men, aged between 19 and 32, were paraded at a press conference along with an impressive display of the alleged apprehended drugs, firearms and money.
