Looking For A Person With Good/excellent English Writing Skills

I have an active online web site, and looking for a person with

1. native level fluency in English (ability to read and write) since the job involves frequent written communication
   
2. you should be persuasive and creative in thinking (to make yourself understood in communication)
   

Job will mainly involve:

* searching the web for sites that meet pre-specified criteria.

* finding a contact email address for a person and his name or a contact web form

* emailing or submitting a custom written letter.

* providing further responses to possible questions

I'am searching for a dedicated person with at least a dedicated 40 hours/week for work on a high quality, high traffic website.

Since this is work at hope opportunity, you can live in any province.

Basically, I have 2 options - either to outsource to India/Malaysia or try to search for a native eng. speaker here, in Thailand.
