I've been writing some letters recently and wanted to expand the number of complimentary closing remarks (is there a better English term for these?). What are the standard formal ways people sign off on letters? Could we see how many lines we can think of? It has to be nearly endless particularly for the informal ones. I'll start it off with a few:

ด้วยความเคารพอย่างสูง

ด้วยความนับถือ
