Work Permit Cancellation

I changing jobs and have had my work permit cancelled from my old job. I now have a new Non-b visa with my new company so what docs do I need from my ex-employer to confirm that my work permit is cancelled?

All I have is a scanned copy of the page of my work permit confirming it has been cancelled.
