Can anyone of you good people out there tell me the current situation (today 19th June) about getting a Non Imm 'O' MULTI entry from either KL or Singapore?

Visiting Thai wife.

I have a marriage certificate, over B400K in a Thai bank and can show tabien baan, wife's ID card & passport. I got one last year no problems. Just wondering the current situation. You see, I phoned KL & Singapore a few weeks ago and KL said they still issue multi 'O's while Singapore said they had stopped multis.

Just interested to hear of any personal experiences.

The 400 K in the bank does not work anymore. They want to see Tax paid on a minimum 40K per month (joint) income.

In KL and Singapore? Is this from personal application and experience?

Kl and perhaps Penang - Singapore has stopped issue of multi entry after using a unique system for about a year. Be sure document copies are signed/dated and good to have a short letter from the wife asking for a multi entry visa to be issued.
