With Iran / Pakistan / Afganistan risks and the fact that its REALLY REALLY (read dam_n near impossible) to transit Myanmaar that leave the 'easy' route of Russia and China.. Actually quite doable on the trans siberian highway to vladivostok and down.. Of course dont forget its VERY expensive to bring a UK registered car into Thailand..
