SharePod and YamiPod I have used YamiPod. It can be run directly from your iPod so you're able to copy your tunes to a PC wherever you may be. About a year ago I used it to copy about 60 GBs of music and it did a fairly good job. However, I did lose a lot of album / cover artwork in that process. They may have fixed this in recent updates.

I have heard good things about SharePod but have never personally used it.

Try senuti, (iTunes backwards). It works on both Mac's and pc's.

Sorry, but I could not locate the PC / Windows version on the senuti website. Looks like Macs only.
