slapout Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 A month or so ago PTT and the Government agreed that a 3 baht/liter discount would be given to fishing boats, bus companies, and farmers. This week the PTT spokesman said, yes their were giving this discount and it was costing them profit. Does anyone know of this happening and if so where?
