Multiple Entries As A Tourist

Featured Replies

Hello - this is probably a silly question, but is there a limit to the number of tourist entry visas you can obtain? I'm not interested in staying in Thailand for an extended period of time, just making frequent weekend trips. Generally, I wouldn't expect this to be a problem, but I've seen references in guide books to there being a limit to the number of tourist entry visa a person can obtain.

I'm an American living in Hong Kong and have fallen in love with Thailand! Somehow, working in Hong Kong doesn't seem so bad if I can make frequent weekend trips to Thailand.

Thanks!

If you mean visa exempt entries, the rule is a maximum of 90 days in a period of 6 months. So 45 times 2 days will be fine, if you have enough space in your passport.
