Good And Bad Mechanical Shops

Featured Replies

I have been using OOD service on sukhumvit rd from Pattaya Thai on the left. This service garage is a complete waste of time and space. My bill for a complete aircon unit and installation was 13,000,which is average as i had a couple of quotes. The problem is that the system does not work and the owner wants another 5-6000 baht to get it working,as he says the unit is ok but something else wrong, and he suggested my radiator was at fault with the air con????????.When i collected the car,one of the staff did not replace my power steering fluid(why he had taken this out i dont know) and i nearly crashed on the way home. Also when i left the vehicle for him to check why the aircon does not work,on returning he showed me a petrol leak coming from one of the pipes, very close to the aircon system. No way was that pipe leaking else my engine would have burst into flames and i would have smelt this way before getting to his garage.Does anyone know a good garage that will do the work correct and reliable, especially an air con specialist as i refused to allow him to correct the work.

I always use the MP Garage on Threpasit Road. They inspect it while you are there, some can speak English and show you what they did when finished. Not had a problem Yet!!!!
