These lines from the article in Scientific American (a professional journal aimed at the general reading public) amused me: "That is, there are probably no strictly gay critters, just bisexual ones. 'Animals don’t do sexual identity. They just do sex,' says sociologist Eric Anderson of the University of Bath in England." Same with human animals (says this gay father of six).

When I was young, I was bisexual--if you can call it that--I pretty much screwed anything that moved (human, that is). As I got older, it just got too difficult, so I elimated 1/2 the population and I've been much happier since!
