Hi,

I'm just about to open a restaurant, I will be serving Thai food and a selection of popular western dishes. Menu will be 70% Thai food.

I wonder if anyone can give direction on how to fill the menu. How to know what Thai food to list or any links to existing Thai menus I could use as a template.

Any one with experience of this that can offer some help/advice?

Its a bar/restaurant. 90% Expat/Thai customers and well priced on the beer front so obviously the cost of food needs to run alongside this.

Any help and advice will be great.

Many Thanks

For the whole evening I have been looking for a recipe, and 90 percent of the links for my search on "thai fried aubergine basil" were the menus from Thai restaraunt from all over the world.
