I Need Storage Space Of 40 Sq M Plus, Urgently.

Hi all,

I urgently need to set up a storage space for business purposes between Sukhumvit sois 23 - 49 on the left side of Sukhumvit if facing away from Siam (the odd number side), preferably between sois 31-39, that is at least 40 sq m+. Business stock and a desk will be stored in the room.

It must be secure, clean and dry. I can pay up to 10,000 baht a month. An apartment, studio, office or even old house would be fine. A basic storage room would perhaps be OK, if it had electricity and was clean.
