hello,i'm israeli i am single 33 years old(with money to spend on property)my tourist visa runs out on september 1(60 days),this my 3rd entry to the kingdom on tourist visa in 2008(first entry was 14 days,second entry-in and out on same 1day)

i'm a proffessional musician/drummer for the last 10 years preforming/recording/teaching.

i want to stay in chiang mai,and i know i have to teach here in auniversity/college to get work permit.

my q is when my visa runs out ihave to go to my country to do a visa again?what kind of visa?can i stay here long?(i'm not in a hurry to work,i want to buy property in chiang mai),so whats my options?for long stay?without marry thai girl smile.gif

u cant buy property, u can build a house; there are several israelis with houses in chiang mai area if im not mistaken.... have names of one but cant give it w/o his permission obviously... he's from a moshav near me....he's there now with his wife... for summer vacation...

try going for an education visa (do a language course or something...)...
