Pattaya Immigration 90 Day Rule Change

I have just read (assuming the newspaper item is correct ) that with immediate effect there is a new rule for those of us who do the 90 day reporting.

Seems appropriate to post this in the Pattaya forum rather than elsewhere........

I assume that a valid Driver's License will suffice. Or does this mean we'll need a note from our mother?

As a driving licence can be valid for five years I doubt it could be used as proof of address unless of course the rule of law is you have to notify change of address and change your driving licence?

The article states:

Evidence could include a Thai driving licence, a utility or similar bill (if it names the foreigner), a rental agreement, proof of ownership of a condo, vehicle ownership document etc.
