Do translations of Thai documents have to be originals, or can we use photocopies of stamped translations? We suspect that the original translations (and a few of the original documents) are still with the visa section from the previous application. Just ask the translation bureau to give you 2 or 3 stamped originals then if a couple go astray it's not a great problem. The other alternative is to provide both the original and a copy for the visa offficer's benefit and once it's been seen immediately ask for the original back. Scouse.
