O.K., once you are in Patong, you will find travel tour desks all over the place. They'll be selling Phi-Phi Island trip, James Bond Island etc..... They will also have numbers for local taxis. Probably will have one in your hotel, but might be more expensive than when you hit the street.

Also around are tuk-tuk and taxi cues, once you meet one of the taxi drivers, get his cel # and you'll be set.
