If the person is talking on the phone while driving why bother the dude in the first place. For all you know maybe he had something serious happening and was in the hurry and so speeding to get there, (who knows, none of us was there) He wanted no part of the hic who pestered him. He is not out running over momma or pappa or anyone. He is driving in his own privacy doing his private business and presto knock knock, and (by the way( """this dude does stop when ordered by hic man with his take down lights on"""), saying hey man let me see ya driving license, for not using your turn signal on a straight main road!!! Dude says huh what in the hella you saying, hic says OK get out of the car, your under arrest, dude says for what man, why you bother me, no way man, I am outa here, puts his car into gear while hic got his foot near the rear tire, and claims he out to run him down, like he going to hold the car down with his foot.

Listen this scene happens all the darn time. I know in America this does take place plenty of times, and probably does happen in Aussie land where they love the wooly sheeps as usual.

Get a life man. Childrens stories, yikes you guys really are not there.
