Daytime Shooting Mystery.

A noodle vendor in Soi Greenway, located off Sukhumvit road in Jomtien, was lucky to escape serious injury on Wednesday afternoon following a mysterious shooting which took place just after 2:00pm.

Banglamung police were called to the soi after a local motorbike taxi driver heard what he thought were three shots fired near to his stand. The taxi driver explained to attending officers he had ducked for cover as he didn’t know from where the shots were being fired.

He later saw a motor vehicle drive off at high speed being followed by two motorbikes, and thinks the drivers of these vehicles were the culprits.

Police inspected the immediate area and found two expelled shell casings. They also noticed a bullet hole in a nearby noodle vendor’s stall, although it appears the shooters were not aiming at the vendor. Police are investigating further.

Take care, my friends.

In these violent times, the streets of Sin City reek from the stench of death and the blood drip drip drips over the kerbstones.

"Taxi Bike" turf war???

nobody hurt? must have been a "Keep Off the Grass" warning.

Not unique to Pattaya, any Glaswegian (person from Glasgow, second city of Scotland) will tell tell you that even ice cream vans often have turf wars with loaded firearms.
