And is he registered on the birth certificates as the father of Thai children ?

He is a french guy, he live in korat. what do you mean by registered as father of thai children ? he have his mane on a thai birth certificat and he got a french family record book as single with the two childrens record on with the mother name.

He may convince penang to issue a multi if he can prove his adequate financial support. A single entry is likely to be much easier and can be extended a year at a time if he can comply with income/banking requirements.
