Hi, this is for a company website so we are not looking for a free counter that will show on the pages.

I have used Shiny Stat and Hits link before and wondering what you all thought of other stat counters.

I would just like the basic and a bit more info... how many, what country, where they go, where they came from (referring site).. etc.

Is the site hosted on your own server or you rent space somewhere else?

Check if you have "cpanel" on your host, it should cover the basics.

Have a Cpanel and AWstats but the awstats are a bit harder to decipher, a txt document and not sure what all the figures are. I like the charts

And I am not sure what I am supposed to be looking at with the cpanel.

I think so. I have FTP acess to the sight. I already stuck some code on the home page. Just a trial from web stats program.
