The Curse Of Two Weeks

Featured Replies

Maybe this is just paranoia, but let me know if you had similar experiences.

I've had ADSL connection from three ISP:s in Thailand: TOT (basic 2M/512), KSC (1024/512) and TT&T (premium 2M/1M). Haven't yet lived in a place where I could get CAT connection. Every one of them, even basic 2M/512 TOT was reasonable, worked very well for first two weeks. Then something happens and connection gets very unstable.

Approximately 11AM - 10PM connection is especially bad. Ping times can be exactly the same in different times, but latency changes from "almost non-existing" to "horrible". How is that possible? I'm currently using TT&T and after two weeks I lose the signal completely many times a day. I red the "ADSL troubleshooting"-thread but the problem still remains unknown.

Is there a curse of two weeks or not?

Its been like this since ADSL was introuduced in Thailand.. :o

Once you have signed up for one year, they don't care about you anymore. It's a classic!!
