Building A Warehouse In Isaan

The wife has gotten it into her head that she wants to start a small factory in her hometown. I think the idea is noble in that she wants to create employment for the village. Unfortunately, I will have to finance it all. I am going into this not expecting any kind of returns and I am OK with that, so please don't tell me how foolish I am.

Does anyone know of any reputable contractors who could build a warehouse/office for us in the Khon Kean area? Also, what kind of costs would I be looking at? We have the land available and we are looking at starting off quite small. Mostly corregated iron construction, about 20 x 10 x 5 metres in dimensions, with an office connected to the back.

Any help would be appreciated.
