Norrad
All domain registrars offer private registration. Check out GoDaddy or Namescheap and request it. It does cost a little extra though.

sniffdog
All domain registrars offer private registration. Check out GoDaddy or Namescheap and request it. It does cost a little extra though. not a little extra .. private registrations (or domain by proxy) cost US$8.95 ... almost as much as a .com domain (9.95). Normally, godaddy has a promotion that if you register 5 domains or more, the private registration is free. I scopped up 5 .info domains two weeks ago for 5 x 0.99 with private registrations for free. Redirecting with a service (like .tk) doesn't help because it shows in the status bar from which domain the files load ... girlx
just so you know OP, it was very easy for me to discover your name via the posts on this board.
youngkiwi
Private domain registration is very effective indeed. It hides the actual owner details for the domain name from the WHOIS record, making it impossible for anyone performing a WHOIS lookup on the domain to locate the actual owner details. Some providers charge additional for private registration when you can actually get it for free, so choose a provider who offers this at no additional charge above your domain name registration fee. Hope this helps, and if you need further info, just drop me a note.
