Your post's wording is not clear.

1) Do you have a 1 year non immigrant B visa which you obtained overseas?

2) Do you have to go to the border every 90days?

3) Do you have an Extension of Permission to Stay - where you report your address to the local Immigration Dept every 90 days?

If you can deal with these three points first then someone can post the answer to you question.
