hi guys, while not strictly a farming question, i do need to know where to go in thailand to learn to operate track machines that are used every day in the farming community. i would like to get internationaly recognised cert. and license if possible. there has to be somewhere, otherwise how does a thai guy learn to do it and travel overseas to work at it.
