Jomtien Tower / Nusa Plaza

Featured Replies

I am researching and collecting information on the Jomtien Tower project. (The 36-storey round shaped condominium near Jomtien Soi 13 and 14, now called Nusa Plaza.)

Does anyone know any buyers of the original Tower which bancrupted some 15 years ago?

Any infomation at all would be apreciated.

Please mail me or post here.

I believe that this is now a hotel, not a condo anymore. I remember that it sat empty for years. Sorry don't know anyone who was in there.

It was a condo. Never finished though.

Some people bought there in early 90's and even moved in.

It was not completed but ready; the builder went bancrupt.

The titles were never issued and bank took over.

People continued to live there until some years ago when it was auctioned. The buyer was Nusasiri co ltd and they then threw out the inhabitants; some of who had fully paid the unit.

Nusasiri renovated the place ant rented it to Somerset; a Singaporean company and now it is run by them as a hotel.

Some people have never received any compensation as This Is Thailand... (Not me. I know an old very nice gentleman who is too old to take any actions. I am researching the possibilites to do so. He lived there untill they cut the elevator and with his old feet it was not possibile to cope with 30+ stories to his unit...)
