90 Days Reporting By Postal Service

Featured Replies

Since I use the 90 days reporting "postal service", never had a problem. (I live in Bkk). Last time I forgot to attach the 10 Baht stamp. Generously the Immigration paid for it but asked me not to forget next time.

On an other occasion the Immigration "closed their eyes", when I forgot one of the necessary documents. Again only a written remark not to forget next time.

Back in Europe it woudn't work that way!

Yeah, Soi Suan Plu - is not ALL bad in LoS! I found them many times very helpful and friendly - kudos where kudos belong!

Yes, I have to second the above statement. The officers at Suan Plu are very friendly and helpful and give good advice and also overlook the occasional minor shortcomings about required documents.

The main problem there appears to be operational, leading to long waiting times.

Hi wca01 :o

I have tried the postal service this month.

- How long does it usually take until you receive an answer?

- You talk about a 10 Baths stamp, but on the Immigration Website they ask a 5 Baths stamp?

The stamp should be 10 baht - price has increased since rules were made.

Ten Baht is the going rate now!

Expect to wait 7-14 days to receive your new report slip.
