She rents out very nice serviced rooms in Jomtien area from 20K per month.

Go see Eddie at Rich Man Poor Man located across from the beach in Soi 9 Jomtien. Nice rooms and good food in the restaurant. A mini mart in the same building and a 7-11 across from the mini mart.

Thanks for the replys so far, it needs to be a 1 bed apartment its for my mate, his wife and 1 year old son. Soi 9 or futher down towards Na Jontiem is the area he wants.
