Bengt
Just wonder about what the immigration told me a few times that when i arrive at my residence the immigration have to be notified by the form TM30 whitin 24 hours. Do i have to do that whenever i do my border runs every 90 days? I have been using a NON-O multiple entries for 5 years now and am about to apply for extension based on retirement. If anyone knows more about how and when to use the form TM30. I have my own condo and registered in my name so I have my address here and get all bills here too. Regards. lopburi3
That is because it is your condo and home owner is required to report the stay of foreigners. Most don't bother and never have a problem. It becomes an issue when you ask for certificate of residence from Immigration at times but you should not require that. Reports are done by most hotels but the average Thai will just ignore and pay the fine if ever required.
