By the end of January 2009 I am moving to Chiang Mai to live, to study Thai at AUA University and to seek for a job. I am looking for, at least, the first month for a 1 or two bedrooms service apartment in a nice area, with internet connection , air conditioning, laundry service and kitchen with refrigerator. I have a budget up to 15.000 Baths(more or less) per month. Can somebody recomend me a nice place with a nice location? Are they normally willing to negotiate a better price than the one ´s announced in some apartments WEB pages? ¡Thanks a lot for your advise! Bagan68
