Mansions Or Cheap Places To Stay In Bkk

I have a friend who will come to BKK between 10 februari and 30 april. He study criminal research and will do a working stage at the following adress;

Department Of Probation Ministery Of Justice Thailand

274/1 Prannok Road

Bangkok Noi

Bangkok 10700

So if there are people here who know a place to stay in the neighbourhood of that adress, please let me know.A little flat or a mansion would do fine. Thx in forefront
