Getting Thai Tv In The Us

Featured Replies

First of all, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum - I wasn't sure where to post, but I figured the the techies here would know one way or another.

Does anybody know anything about picking up Thai TV in the US?

As far as I can tell there are two options:

IPTV: Slow, jerky, unreliable, nearly unwatchable. If anybody has any better experiences with this than the typical stuff I've been googling up let me know.

International Satellite: This seems like the preferred option but I know very little about it. There are apparently "free to air" stations that you can pick up with just a regular satellite dish and receiver (hardware I know zero about), but there are also many scrambled channels you need to pay for. I'd probably want as many channels as I could get, and really don't have a clue about how to research this further. If anybody can point me towards any online resources I can learn from, or give me a quick rundown on what my options are, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks!

The above web sites is only an sample. Google FTA Satellite Thai

Depending on where you live, you can even get it installed for a fee.

Ask some of the local thai where you live, I am sure they can tell where to get it.

I Purchased the reciver, sat dish and cable and istalled it myself. It was easy just follow the instructions from wher you buy the equipment.
