Question Oa Visa Immigrant Check In

Featured Replies

it's the slow old guy from hawaii who made it to pattaya. i arrived in BKK sept 3. had a foot operation in hospital sept 10, got out of hospital the 11th. just starting to walk again, i will go back to hospital to get my foot checked and bandaged and have been stuck in my apartment. today, a friend told me that should have checked in with immigrant when i arrived. i figured i have an o-a retirement visa, i followed the procedure and got stamped at the airport. do i need to go to immigration to begin the 90 day check in now? am i late and in hot water already, seems like i just got here.

i forgot to add that i have an OA multi-entry visa, and living in Pattaya now. where's the immigrant office where i need to check in around here, someone said in Jomtin Beach?

You have to report your address to Immigration 90 days AFTER you arrive in Thailand.

End of question. Have a Great year here and remember to check in every 90 days from arrival date.
