Woon-wai...?

Im trying to figure out the exact meaning of woon-wai (sorry about spelling, no idea), if anyone can help please.

I've used it when im trying to describe something that is a bit crazy and confusing (ie: recently used it when describing the market at Burma). But, I cant find a clear definition of its meaning.

Also, would it fit to use it for something like "crazy world/life"? Something like: "Donee Krungthep woon-wai"...? (Or is there a separate or more suitable word for "crazy world/life"?)

Thanks!

There's an intersection in Udon commonly known as ha yahk woon wai.........5-way intersection. If you're coming off one of the side branches of the intersection, your reaction will likely be "what a crazy intersection"

tnx. Especially for the example sentences.

Particularly thank you for that link katana. I always try thai-language.com first, as well as my dict, but unless I can think of the right way it is spelled, i sometimes come up with zero results. Even if i try different spelling versions. I never thought to look it up as: วุ่นวาย woon waay or Royal Thai General System wunwai.

Tnx again.
