Can You Help Me Translate This Phrase Please?

Hello,

I am trying to help my friend to translate from english to thai-english (in terms of english words for example, "Where do you come from = koon maa jaak nai" rather than the thai language words please)

'Hello, long time no see, how are you? I've been very busy with my school work lately and I miss eating the chocolate pancake. =( I hope I can eat it soon after I finish my assignments this week. ^^ So what have you been up to lately?'

I even tried to search for like "thai to english" online translator where it can specified in english terms such as teh example i said i.e. "Where do you come from = koon maa jaak nai" but unfortunately, there is barely any as the most common is chinese to english, japanese to english etc. Even there is, the maximum is to ONLY search for one word as for dictionary where I wanted it to translate as a whole sentence with the english-thai prounciation.

Very much appreciated if you can help me to translate the phrase above

Cheers :o

The internet is such a great learning tool. Are you in Thailand? I couldn't bring myself to give a transliterated version in English - I'll do the Thai version, if someone else wants to transliterate it, great. If you want to work it out for yourself, even better. I'm not translating word for word... but it gets the meaning across.

I take it that the pancake that you talk about is actually a pancake and not the name of a person??

I've written this as if you're an older guy - she's a younger girl. Ambiguous as to what level school you meant .. made it kind of general here. I've written this in internet'ish / msn kinda language.
