Hi all,

Can anyone tell me, how do you tell someone when he/she is early.

Example "You are too early for the appointment."

I have checked the dictionary but the word "early" translate to เช้า (chao) which is morning.

How do use express the expression if a person is early for appointment say in the evening?

Late

Also when someone is late, i always hear "maa cha" lit means "come slow". Is this the equivalent of "late"?

Thanks

Use เร็ว (reew) instead of เช้า if you're talking about being early outside the hours of 6-11am. Yes, ช้า can also mean late...
