Bike mileage can vary so much depending on how you ride.

I was amazed at how far I could go on a tank of gas on my new Ninja 250R, but now that it's broken in and I spend a lot more time near redline and cruising at higher speeds I notice my fuel consumption has gone WAY up! I used to get about 400km to a tank when I was keeping the speed and revs low, but now that I'm cranking the throttle a lot more the fuel light is coming on after only ~300-350km...

Thai scooters get pretty dam_n good mileage when you consider how many passengers they carry!

Yes, Thai scooters are more akin to pick-up trucks, LOL!

I don't drive my CZi that hard and the fastest I've had is so far is 90 kmh. I had a passenger onboard about 40% of the time.

Does anyone have a link to CZi specs and/or pictures of the model being sold in Thailand? My wife is preceding me to Thailand and will buy us a motorcycle. I would like to be able to direct her to which model.

I want a 4 stroke economical workhorse. I'm not into sportiness and/or speed but want something that will have decent fuel mileage, low maintenance and be repairable almost anywhere. Don't need an automatic either.

Any links to specs or pics?

Thanks all!

Here's a link to RichardBKK's site discussing it. Pictures follow.

Being a Honda whore, I'd highly recommend it. Wife just bought one and seems to enjoy it. Not quite as flash as the Wave-i function wise, but looks nicer (in my book) and should be lighter. However, the Wave-i is built like a tank, and was, I believe Honda's first foray into smaller-cc fuel injection, so perhaps the system was updated in the CZ-i.

My little CZi starts with the first kick (as long as I don't touch the throttle :o ) and runs perfectly even when cold and not fully warmed up.

I used Gasoline 91 on my last fill up and I have not noticed any performance improvement over Gasohol 91

Thanks dave_boo! Just what I was looking for!
