And the taxpayer is paying... Here is my proposal to reform legal processes: You want something, you pay for it. In this case, the lawyer/client should pay for the suicide watch expenses and the psychiatric eval. If the suspect is found not guilty they can get reimbursed. If found guilty, well the bill is paid. I can think of two effects: The lawyer will work extra hard for his client (as he should), and the lawyer will actually believe his client is innocent (as he also should). In conclusion, an all around positive incentive for the justice system and potential savings for the taxpayer, no? -

Illegal tours are only companies who are non Thai and not registered...Do you really believe that all taxi drivers and tuk tuks who offer tours near the shoppingmalls or at the street sides are registered and legal?? No I don't think so, but they are Thai and therefor not illegal
