After waiting for about 40seconds, I was presented with a chat window and a request asking to show my webcam. I managed to change my package in about 5 minutes, which was quite good. They even trained their staff to wave goodbye at the end. haha, it's very gimmicky though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
