Do you have online banking?

With Krung Sri, you top up through the online banking feature.

1. Go here and login

2. Select 'Bill Payment' on the left

3. Select 'New Billing Template'

4. Fill in the details

5. Er... that's it...

EDIT: Off-site links not working right now - here's the URL: https://ebank.kasikornbank.com/kcyber/login.html#

Copy and paste the link into a browser, don't click it.

On the general subject of 1-2-Call accounts, how do you check your balance?

I am aware of the *121# code for regular 1-2-Call SIM cards. I have a "Net SIM" and there seems to be something about checking balance with *121*1# and I don't understand what that's all about. I'm told its something about "bonus" but I don't understand why.

And with a Net SIM, is there a way to check how much time is left on the Internet access capability? When I activated the SIM I was credited with 30 hours of network time, and don't expect to need more than that for my trip, but it would be nice to know exactly how much is left. The only means I have of that, presuming AIS is honest, is to use the connect time counter within the phone.

Why are people still buying One2&^%$? Their products seem s to be designed with confusion marketing in mind.

Why go to all that trouble? Go to the nearest 7-11 and buy a refill card. I normally buy the 300 baht cards. If the cashier is not busy, I just hand her my phone and she enters the numbers for me. If I do it myself, I have to wait until I get home so I can use my reading glasses.
