15 Million Baht donation given to Banglamung Hospital by the Pattaya Mayor.

A new building is currently under construction at Banglamung Hospital which is Pattaya’s only Government-run Hospital. Sponsors from the Private and Public Sector have financed the construction and on Monday Morning, Khun Itipon, the Mayor of Pattaya, handed over his administrations contribution to the project. The Mayor has donated 15 Million Baht which was gratefully received by Dr. Prasit, the Director of the Hospital in a short ceremony at Pattaya City Hall. The new 7 floor building will accommodate an extra 150 beds and the 95 Million baht building has been under construction now for the last 2 months. It is due to be completed in late 2009.
