Hey!!! That's the tip I give when someone asks/demands one.

Probably the best advice was at age 13 by my acting teachers who told me I couldn't act, sing, OR dance and to abandon all hope of such a career. So true.

Should have specified - that comes under worst advice, along with "Don't panic..."

My Dad gave me a lot of good advice. A couple that I can remember.

1 - Don't believe a damned thing you hear, and only half of what you see.

2 - You'll never learn a damned thing with your mouth open.

"Pull your money out of Icesave! NOW!"

I did.
