piet pompies
We contacted this agency as someone on the Forum recommended them. We asked for a nanny for a one year old, light cleaning required when baby sleeps, around the room, water plants. Mostly to keep her busy as we already have a maid. They sent one lady, she had a "farang boyfriend" as we found through her phone conversations. We asked her what happens when boyfriend visits...she said she never works at that time. She left after a few days as she did not want to do any cleaning. Perisko was contacted, as was supposed to send another one. Now three weeks no reply from them. By the way, their up front fee was 5500 Baht. They also said they NEVER return any part of the fee.
torrenova
I've had prospective maids who, like yours, did not actually want to do a maid's job. As for the agency, then I would not use one where an up front fee was requested. However, did you not check the maid's references ?
piet pompies
This is the second agency( Perisco), the other one also requested "deposit". Perisco looked good and was recommended on teh forum. The girl spoke some English wheras the other agency had only Thai speakers. So it seemed like a good idea. You live and learn.
